You need IOS for it there are few apps u can download and follow people earn coins then request followers if u find the app where u can add more than one account and currency is same for both ull probably get 95% fake followers so try the one with one account same thing for likes but it doesn't matter it's better 2 accounts or if Udc what u like any app is good earn coins by liking and request with coins. U can unfollow people after a week or so if u want 20-40% will unfollow but they will be real people not fake account so it's better then the the 2 account fake garbage.
