Help/Support Never Get to the Home Screen

My device: Jailbroken iPhone 5c, 8.0.2

 

 

My phone was powered off for few hours or so. When i turned it on, the apple logo appeared but it is not taking me to home screen..

 

It been like 15-30 minutes already

Hold the power and home button for 10 seconds. Once the logo appears and goes away, let go of both buttons. Then press and hold the up volume button and the power button for about 5-10 secs then release the power button but keep pressing the volume up button.

Sounds like it got bricked if you can't access safe mode either.

safe mode doesnt work for me. i tried reboot but nothing happened
