I used pokesnipers but it is down. Once you catch the pokemon you need return to your home. Don't walk in another country, don't touch a poke stop. Just catch what you need and return. If you touch anything you will be banned.

 

In your city search for a place full of poke stops and make it your "home". There you can walk using the moving cheat to get coins and stuff.

 

Remember. ONLY teleport to another country to catch the pokemon you need, and never touch anything. That's it.

The game isn't on that version anymore, and he hasn't updated anything in Pokemon. I downloaded the hacked version off of tutu app but sadly it doesn't let me log in

It works but it crashes a lot I tried getting the Poxemon tweak in cydia but sadly it's only for iOS 9+. I'm on iOS 8
