I already tried the Increase unit SP one for quite some time and I'm still not banned, which one is high ban risk ?

I guess it's the Arena hack.

Arena hack is high risk (I honestly suggest not doing it at all) and increasing your units to 5-star level 40+10 is also fairly high risk.
