Btw remove the Script _db_UnitGetHitPoints enemy buildings are one hit though

what also works is Unit_GetLevelFromUpgrade

Now install iFile from Cydia and install the Deb file from the link provided on this thread; click open with iFile > then installer.

Or

In Cydia go to Sources tab; click edit > add > http://repo.insanelyi.com/ > add source. After that go to Search tab and type in Gang Nations. You should see the iOSGods hack. Install and respring.
