Hello. I want to know if I can install ipa files on my jailbroken phone running 10.2. Is there any way, WITHOUT using cydia impatcor?

Open Cydia. Search for IPA Installer and install it.

 

Open the application and locate the IPA. Tap on it and it'll install.

Im pretty sure ipa installer is incompatible with ios 10.2

It's incompatible with 9.3.3 but it still works for me

You can install them using the App Store or iTunes.
