Help/Support Is this suppose to happen during a restore

I was on iOS 10.0.2, and I am restoring to iOS 10.2. A message popped up on iTunes saying iPhone cannot be restored! Help!.

It's an error

Try to restore it, using itunes.. and it will update you to the latest version which is 10.2.1  then you can go ahead and try again

It now doesn't recognize iPhone

The problem is that iTunes doesn't recognize iPhone anymore. So I can't update it Updated January 29, 2017 by Bigwin1

Make sure you Have Trusted your device with itunes and that your charger cord works
