Let's say I use Rasticrac or clutch. How do I change where they get saved to?

Both tools should be customizable. You can edit rasticrac in /usr/bin/rc.sh / rasticrac

If you're logged in as root, IPAs should be stored in /var/root/Documents/Cracked
