EDIT : Tested the app. The whole procedure worked. The details to get everything working in the OP's post was on point. I could see the unlimited coins. However, like the OP mentioned, the app isn't very popular so the likes do come, but rather slowly. Still, it does work, and the coins ARE unlimited.

 

OP, would you be doing one for followers?

Alright, been using this app for a day or so now. I realize that for each photo, no matter the settings I choose, eg "2000" likes, I'll only end up getting about 80-100 likes max for each photo. Thereafter, all the likes stop coming in. If lets say I try to get another 1000 likes for a photo that I've already gotten likes from this app, I wont get anymore likes.
