Help/Support iDevice keeps on Connecting and DIsconnecting from my laptop

Okay so everything was working perfectly fine until i did a non jb hack using Cydia impactor. And now im trying to backup my iPhone but i can't because it keeps on Connecting and Disconnecting. I have done everything that i could. 1. Went to Device Manager and uninstalled and & restarted, 2. Check for updates, 3. Editied BIOS, 4. uninstalled & installed iTunes. And i've run out on idea on how to fix it. And P.S. Only one of my USB ports work

The wire might be the cause. Buy new one

Did you uninstall Bonjor service?

I have a lot of cables and none of them work (Might be because its not "Official". But it worked last time). And i dont have the money to spend on a USB port but i do have a Desktop that no one uses

 

Edit: i uninstalled every Apple software
