Haven't install anything recently. Just updated tweaks days ago

Its due to Readline. Apparently readline 7.0 breaks /bin/sh which kills jailbreak on all firmwares (ALL). So unless he gets to downgrade it RIP JB

Reboot (power and home button) then when it open just do rejailbreak

Done that more than 10 times

Accessed to Cydia by following this

How to enter No Substrate mode on iOS 9.2 - 9.3.3

Open PP/Pangu/jbme

Tap circle/Start/Go

Hold the volume up button from this point on

Click your sleep button

You'll know if you're in No Substrate mode after the boot up because Cydia will be able to open. None of your other tweaks will work

Edit: "Update all and remove VideoPane 2, it easily conflicts" - /u/ipad_kid
