Help/Support [HELP] Random Resprings And Apps Freezing.

Hey guys. I have run into a bit of a problem. My ipad is practically unusable right now, because every time I try to do pretty much anything, it resprings. On top of this, when I open most apps, the screen freezes. I can't go to lockscreen, can't shut off, only can reboot. If someone could tell me how to fix this, it would be wonderful. I'd prefer not to restore but if I have to I will. Its an Ipad 4- 7.1.2 ios. I am jailbroken.

Safe Mode. Safe Mode fixes pretty much everything

I'd suggest a semi-restore.

Safe Mode. Safe Mode fixes pretty much everything

I'd suggest a semi-restore.

So i tried the power slide off, then on, then volume button but it never said Safe mode, the only thing that happened was my 10 apps were knocked off the dock and the textures changed.
