How do you toggle it on? There's no toggle for it in the settings.

It's already on the settings with "No Skill Cooldown Time".

 

You're the only one who has that problem. I know I've been SPAMMING my Specials in offline/story mode.

 

Maybe uninstall and reinstall the hack again? Make sure you download the latest one?

Oh! There's the issue. I thought it would have it's own toggle like in the previous versions. I didn't know it was combined with another setting.

 

The online section specifically said special skill so I was looking for special skill in the offline section too.

Lol soooo this hack crashes after every story mode mission.. Only have the 2 hacks activated for god mode and 1 hit kill

Reinstalled , resprung and rebooted still crash after every mission if i make it that far. It even crashes before i start missions. Im about to go back to xiaovs FREE hack till this gets fixed. Im on ios 8.1.2 on an iphone 6 if any1 can help

Got this one too!!! but mine work fine after Unistall Bleach, Bleach's Hacks.

Install Bleach and Dida-Sama's hack. Xiaov's hack change something for bleach. try launch Bleach with out Cydia mode, you'll see bleach autoclosing.
