Help/Support Compiling error using Mac theos

[Archangel04 33.2k iPhone 7 14.3]

This issue was fixed by a newer version of theos. Check this link https://github.com/theos/theos/issues/211 or reinstall THEOS from iosgodstut here https://iosgods.com/topic/13072-macios-how-to-easily-install-theos-on-any-ios-device-setuptheos/ (same link which lurker provided)

Yea, dpkg no longer allows lzma (as xz is much better), but that's an issue since cydia still depends on lzma
So you need to downgrade dpkg to allow lzma, which you can do by running the following code;

brew remove dpkg
cd /usr/local/Homebrew/Library/Taps/homebrew/homebrew-core
git checkout 7a4dabf
HOMEBREW_NO_AUTO_UPDATE=1 brew install dpkg
git checkout master
brew pin dpkg

Sadly, Cydia doesnt allow xz so we cant use xz instead of lzma
