Help/Support My Jail-broken Device is Error

I'm Using Iphone 5 Ios9.3.3 Jailbroken about a few month but now it can't even open cydia . when i open cydia it pop out ,it pop out for all app even photo app and music app ,even when i shut down it it still return to jailbreak but can't open anything . i don't want to lose my jailbreak

Enter safe mode then if you can open cydia just remove cydia substrate. (This will remove all tweaks)

If you can't I think you didn't rejailbreak it.

i already rte-jailbreak it . this is my first time i meet this problem . can't even enter safemode.

now full restore your iphone that's only option same thing happen with me no other way to fix this
