Yalu won't install the jailbreak. I tap go and it just says jailbreak installed already. Any suggestions?

I'm having issues also tweaks not working I was able to download ifile tried to add some hacks from here says it's downloaded but nothing there in settings. Than try to respring and it's like it reboots than gotta restart the whole process all over.

 

Try filza as opposed to ifile. It hasn't been updated in a while.

I screwed myself over so hard... looks like I have the shittiest IOS every made yet on my phone with nothing to sweeten it.
