Alright, i have already made a paypal account without adding credit card details.

Now my question is that ..is it possible to add money by using paypal gift cards? I have earned about 10$ paypal gift card but in order to redeem it , it wants me to keep a minimum balance of 1$ in my paypal account in.

 

So i am very confused. Can anyone tell me any other alternative way to earn paypal gift cards where there are no terms and conditions?
