None of these worked for me. This is what I initially did :

 

Sign out in itunes, navigate to the game and click the "purchase" red box, it will ask you to put in your itunes login details which you will do, when you're logged in, close the game and open it again. The price tag should come up again and you'll be able to purchase the package.
