Just open this link in safari and after it asks to install TVOS 10 beta's profile, confirm it to install then it will ask you to restart the phone

After all that go to settings > General > Software updated and see if it check for new updates... NO: it will just say you are on the latest ios version

And NO again this is totally fine and wont do anything bad to your phone...

Stick to this till you jailbreak comes out for ios 10.1.1 and before jailbreaking remove the profile then jailbreak the phone (if existed)
