Help/Support Possible to download games from iTunes to iDevice wirelessly?

So as you may know, my iPhone's been f**ked for the past week and has not been able to 'charge' above 1%...

 

I'm unable to charge it via PC/Laptop as I get the boot logo loop lmfao.

 

Anyway I can possible download games from iTunes and download them on my iPhone wirelessly?

 

Maybe download the IPA and move it to my iDevice using WinSCP?
