Depends, if you want to get straight through the point, use Google & YouTube.

If you read through the whole book, you'll understand the theory but you won't be able to get the 'hands-on' experience and learn through practical example. With videos, you'll know how to do what the person in the video did but you can't explain why because there isn't much theory.

 

If you want to learn ARM, go for the book. If you want to learn how to apply your knowledge to hack, go for a video (perhaps combining the two will be helpful, but I honestly never needed the book).
