Today i try download some app in purchased but it keep failed / unable to download at this time, this happen many time, when i leave it a week it work but that take so long , i wanna ask is there any solution or can i just something to make it work ? icleaner ? terminal ? Im ios 9

What app are you trying to download? And be sure to power off your phone every few days to clear the disk space so it continues to run smoothly

Same thing happened to me I just closed AppStore then opened it and download the game and it worked.

i clean using icleaner pro every time i download fail or complete

reboot is fine but im ios 9 jailbroken if i reboot i must rejailbreak that kind annoy ... btw i trying to download shadow fight 2 ... i just downgrade it and delete then try redownload newest version for my save file when update it will change my save
