You're buying a brand. Just like the people that buy Loui Vuitton or Hollister. You can buy the same things for about ~70% cheaper, but since you're buying things with their logo on it, the price increases.

It makes people feel like they're of a higher status. You see a lot of celebrities wearing/using these things, so prices go up. And since people buy, the prices remain/increase.

You can't almost change system it's absolutely closed - source and limited you so down that you can do almost nothing without jailbreak the phone it's so limited just use that app in-side system and you can't do like change hack game. Isn't about so much for money just. So much money for something that already have alternative even more advanced. Like iPhone IT"S God Dam Closed Source almost nothing can do on it. Android is open-source so source get better and better by world-wide plus it's more cheaper and more functionality. Why then iPhone will be more expensive even need Android to be price like iPhone.
