Can anyone help me with this issue?

my problem: when i first installed this ipa (guns of boom free non-jailbreak) it worked fine, but i deleted and i went to install it again. now when i try to install it goes through the motions like normal, but then impactor will just close. it still shows it's running in task manager, but no system resources are being used. i'm going to link you a video of exactly what's happening to me so you'll have a better understanding. If you know what the problem could be I would be thankful for some help with this. I;m using 11.3 iOS on a iphone SE and windows 7 with latest version of impactor (9.4.4)
