The function 'stop randomly on pokestops and take a break' is it for more safety purpose?

what if i untick and run it for whole day long, will i get ban?

Yes. It's for safety purposes. If you untick it there is definitely a possibility of being banned when Niantic starts banning people.

The bot will run for a little bit then get stuck on a pokestop and keep failing to loot.  When i close and reopen it, it just sits there as "IDLE" and no pokestops or pokemon appear on the map.  Tried a different bot and it also ran into that problem after a while.  Any ideas for a fix?
