Help/Support [HELP ME] IOSGODS Account not being found

I have a vip account by the name of Mike.IDC I was logged out of it recently, so I tried logging in. I forgot my password, so I said "no biggy, I'll just reset it using forgot my password." But, when it tells me to put in the username for the password reset, it says "Oops, something went wrong" (or something like that). It told me they can't find an account by the name of Mike.IDC BUT  I checked the members tab and tried to find myself, and I did. My vip account is still there, NOT banned. So what's going on? Why does it say it can't find my account when I found it myself? I really want my account back.

Because the system does not like usernames with punctuation. BBCodes cannot also read it.

Your dosplay name is differefrom your username.

 

If you logged in via Facebook or Twitter, use your name you hve on there.

You can also use your email.
