Is there a way already to JB with safari? No pc right now..

Nope there was but apple patched it.

i'm facing this too, but i'm on ios 9.2

the i reset my ipad air to factory setting

the jailbreak success but now i'm facing what @DarkJainra does too, no cydia even my ipad air status is jailbroken

@DiDa Everytime when i power off my ipad air 2, then i click cydia and it crashes why is that? Im on ios 9.3.3

You need to run the jailbreak everytime you restart or turn your phone off, use respring that does not remove the jailbreak when restarting the phone.

More precisely, it's semi-tethered.

Tethered means that you must plug your phone to the computer after reboot and your iPhone went banana.

In case with Pangu 9.3.3, we luckily don't need a computer, we can re-jailbreak on the go if suddenly we need to reboot our phone. The only condition is that Pangu JB app is installed and is not beyond 7 days certificate validity window.

I would bet 90%-99,999% it won't be untethered.

Look closely how Pangu and Saurik have twisted the things in their reports :coffee: : it's presented now as a benefit, sort of JB-on-demand  ; not like a flaw.  :lolsign:
