Does not work for some reason on iOS 9.3.3. Opened the app waited for 20seconds, hit start then five seconds, locked my screen, then it just reboots my iPhone. No Cydia appears even after I tried waiting longer and resetting my device back to iOS 9.3.3 factory settings.

After all night long I tried to figure this out, and accidently i found this way, just simple as this:

 

1. Open setting

2. Scroll way down to Pangu app

3. Disable notification

4. Rejailbreak as usual

5. Voila
