Help/Support jailbreak

 i have problem   when i do jailbreak for iPhone 4 this appear 
---please make sure you have proper internet connection ---
  i changed  ip -  changed even win system- i have proper internet 
i used hotspot shield to change  ip  no thing work turn off firewall 
if some one have version 1 that dosn't require internet  to jailbreak please upload it to me 

2-  i have ipad 2  ios 9.2   is that possible  to have jailbreak for it

i have both

iPhone 4 and iPad 2 are 32-bit devices. The latets jailbreak only supports 64-bit devices, not 32-bit.

So this problem is on your iPhone, yes? Try what @DiDA suggested. And also for your iPad the latest jailbreak isn't possible

You can't jb these device because JB tool is only for 64bit Devices
