Due to the new update releasing this hack does not work.

 

When you apply the steps you'll get an error followed by a reload which restores the file you edited.

 

I haven't tried this but I suggest (JB devices only) downgrade to version 1.9.21 apply the hack, shower yourself with gems and then update it.

I tried doing that but I get the message saying "You have an old version of SF 2..." and have to tab OK and cannot get around it

that's good info thanks. I'll see if I can find the file for the popup and disable it

Looks nice but it's a bit too long, for the first steps change it to this if you want :

/ < Var < Mobile < Containers < Data < Applications < Shadow Fight 2 < Library < Caches < Assets < Achievements.xml

Also, this must be all done offline so it does not sync. So turn off wifi/data , play a bit and remove the game from your process. And procced to do the DIY
