Help my cydia dissapeard i tried to rejailbreak and it says its already jailbroken so why my cydia gone help me please

    So Ive been jailbroke for 1 year now yesterday I dont know what

    happend but when i went on it the cydia app wasnt there anymore

    i tried jailbreaking with pangu again but it didnt work heres the details

     

    Ipad mini 1

    Jailbroke 

    Pangu

    ios 9.0.2

    I tried to reset data now it stuck in applelogo I then tried restore and update basically remove jailbreak so i treid to restore and it said this error in itunes

    some one help me please ;(

     

    there was a problem downloading the software for the ipad ipad . an unknown error occurred (-39)

    Stepwise:

     

    1)Go to ipsw.me, find your device and download ipsw (of 9.3.2).

    2) After download, in iTunes, press Shift + Update and find ipsw file.

    3) Press Restore and wait

    I dont understand

    Try this:

     

    Setup: PC/Mac with iTunes and a USB cable connected (the iPad charger).

     

    1. Turn off your iPad (it should not be connected to the PC/Mac already)

    2. Press and hold the home button on the iPad as you connect the charger (keep holding the home button until you get into DFU mode (an image with the iTunes logo and a USB cable with show up))

    3. In iTunes, make sure the iPad is connected and restore & update.

     

    Make sure iTunes is up-to date

    Thats what i did and now it give s that error 

    -31


    there was a problem downloading the software for the ipad ipad . an unknown error occurred (-39)
