So, it's not my device that have the problem. My friend's device was icloud locked when he restored his ipad due to some lag reasons. So his device is a little bit old. 2 or 3 years maybe. It's an iPad 2 so what he used as an Apple ID during that time when he first received the device was already forgotten. He can't access through it anymore. And now the only thing I can find was a temporary fix for him to use his iPad 2. Using that DNS server that lets you use your device through it.

Are there tools out there or glitch or dns server that let my friend access it again.

And btw, Hi guys :)

Edit: I let him used the DNS server that lets you do stuffs temporarily.

I think you/he can tell apple support about this problem and tell them anything you/he remember about the account like it's name

and the first/last name that he used to register :)
