Im using Ipad 2 running ios 8 , all the themes that in the ModMyi compatible on ipad?

Not sure. Never used themes for myself...

Or try a pirated theme to see if it works or not?

 

iOS 8.2 is BETA. Are you sure you're not on 8.1.2?

Try a free theme. They should work with your iOS version.

I already found themes that is compatible theres no "Unable to Purchase " sign , but when I click Intall it says http/1.0 403 forbidden .. :-(

You won't be able to install them from official repos. Try installing one from repo.hackyouriphone.org.

Yes, some may not work since the authors haven't updated them. Not sure how themes work
