I Already Dowloaded Winterboard , I also download themes for iOS 8 , but when I respring my iDevice the themes not change .. Im running iOS 8.2 sorry for my bad english

(works-ish on all iOS, 2.0 through 8.1)

Yeah I think the themes that i dowloaded is not compatible with my device.. Do you know where to download themes for ipad?

Isn't iOS 8.2 out for developers only? Why do you have it?

Try getting the theme from a pirate repo since the normal repos won't let you install them. Check out the Cydia Section.
