Saw a question about if tweaks reduce performance, so I wanted to know if it reduced battery life?

Yep, more tweaks = more things running in the background = faster battery drain

More tweaks = faster battery drain (like Klepto and Zimon said)

However there are particularly tweaks that can drain your battery insanely fast. If you have only a few tweaks installed and you notice that your battery is draining too fast you might have one of those tweaks.

If you have a lot of tweaks, then yes, it can reduce battery life. But if you have least tweaks, it won't affect your battery.
