Reason I'm making a new one, none of the methods worked.

The only *temporary fix is to COMPLETLY reboot iPad with wifi disabled, open the game and wait till Game Center thing appears. Even then, if I exit the game..I gotta do that shit again.

Now, I'm for sure not going to restore and update IOS.

I can't use crash reporter because nothing is technically crashing.

No need. I'm on the iOS 9.3.2 and it still happens.
