Overclocking a laptop are you mad? Don't do that or you'll damage your computer. Laptop cooler is not good enough + no CPU fans + overclocking without knowledge will also damage your computer > Bluescreen of death if you have inbuit overclocking protection to save your ass, if not the Laptop will never be usable again

I find some wired in my GPU that it is stuck at 931.07MHz but the maximum is 2.13GHz. When my PC is just turned ON the number runs to 1.5k to 2k after a minute it will stuck 931.07MHz, I really don't know why. Maybe this is why when i play games it runs slow. 

Is there any fix with this problem?

My games running at full max speed of my current "CPU Standards" at 30FPS. I found out my Processor speeds stuck up at 931.07MHz, now the numbers runs beyond its full capacity.
