So let's start on how this mode is enabled, it's enabled by having your iOS device connected while using Xcode, that simple now for the the reason why you can here, you can easily disable developer mode by just holding the power/sleep & wake button and the home button at the same time until you see the apple logo and then you let go. That's how simple it is LOL????????????Now your good to go!!
