Who know, can i update to ios 8.1, not for 8.1.1?

Update via iTunes,

 

download the IPSW file for your iDevice here http://www.ipswdownloader.com/ and connect it to iTunes.

 

Click on       Windows: Shift+Click on Restore/Update
                    Mac: Alt/Option+Click on Restore/Update

 

and select the downloaded IPSW

 

 

done.

 

 

If it doesn't work Apple has already stopped signing iOS 8.1 and you can only choose 8.1.1
