Can't download anything from App Store

    Hi!

    I don't know why I can't download anything from AppStore, anything download still on waiting

    I tried reboot for two times, logging out my apple id, using Vpn, using LTE , taping on waiting icon and I don't know.

    Please help me ????????

    iPhone 6, iOS 8.4 , Jailbroken
