What did you have before? I have an iPhone because I love the security and overall look, feel, and cases they have for it. But make no mistake I wouldn't own an iPhone if I wasn't able to jailbreak it and use it to my liking. Most of my friends use android low cost, easy to use, no need to jailbreak to do simple things like add music and videos and backup (iTunes required) plus let's not forget. Most androids has micro sd card slots so your no limited to the who 16,32,64,etc gimmick. Hope what is said helps.

I'd definitely go for an iPhone. I've had both before and Apple definitely trumps Android. It's easier to navigate and the design and formatting is just better. Hope I helped!
