Help/Support LLDB Cant Connect to Process Name?

So ive been trying to attach to an app for awile but i keep getting this error:

I think someone else had this issue before also.

 

Can you try to attach while you're in Safe Mode?

have the same issue, i've tried to attach in safe mode still keep getting this error
