Help/Support NBA 2K16 IOS will not let me connect to servers

Everytime I try to buy VC it won't let me, it says products not available. Can someone help?..

Do you have iAPCrazy/other free IAP tweaks?

Try to remove any IAP tweaks you might have installed on your device

Turn off iapcrazy, localiapstore etc.

 

Reboot and try again

 

If that doesn't work then remove the tweaks as i stated above

Also for some reason it won't let me install audio package, wondering if that's the problem

No it did not fix it. Does anyone also know how to install audio package, I think that's causing the problem

Try downloading while in Safe Mode.
