When you use Cydia Impactor, it revokes your free developer account though unfortuneately.. You have to sideload your apps using Xcode to keep it.. At least that's what happened to my free developer account I used b4 first using Impactor.

It gives you a warning that by using impactor your developer account gets revoked when you use the tool, then if you hit continue it revokes dev account.
