Help/Support Unable to load Preference Bundle on any TWEAK

[6S Plus 132 10 8.4.0]

Hello! I recently today jailbroke my 6S+ with the help of Zimon and DiDA, but I tried downloading like 3 TWEAKS won't load Preferance Bundle, none......

 

I got Cydia Substrate and Safe Mode?

[Diversityy 32.1k iPhone 7 Plus 10.2]

Downgrade Cydia Substrate to v0.9.6011

Like Diversityy said, make sure you got all essential updates

In cydia if you download a tweak that needs cydia substrate it should download everything that it will need to work then it should resprig and (manuly) go into the setting app and check if its there

Example: if you download the tweak called barrel

Tip: I use icleaner pro to manage my preferences
