Help/Support Need help — VIP prompts on free features & mods not working properly (App+)

Hi team,

I recently purchased iOSGods App+ and I've been running into a few recurring issues that are making it hard to actually use the app as intended.

1. "Free" features prompting for VIP access
A number of features/mods that are clearly marked as Free (not VIP-exclusive) still trigger a "Get VIP Access" prompt when I try to use them. For example, on Shadow Fight 3 and Marvel Contest of Champions, the hack features are labeled as free, but several of them are either bugged or locked behind a VIP prompt when I actually try to use them in-game.

2. Account/login issues
On some titles (e.g. Shadow Fight 3), the app doesn't log into my existing account at all — it just starts a fresh new account instead of loading my actual progress.

3. Crashing/bugging in-game
On other titles (e.g. Shadow Fight 4, Shadow Fight Arena), I can log in fine, but story mode consistently crashes and bugs out, making the mod unusable for actual gameplay.

What I've tried:

Re-downloading the affected apps
Restarting the app/device
Confirming my subscription is active

I paid for App+ expecting the free-marked features to work as advertised, so it's frustrating to hit VIP walls and broken mods across multiple games. Any help getting these sorted, or clarification on what's going on, would be appreciated.

Apologies for the delay!

1. ViP features are usually indicated with the bolt emoji. Your issue could be "Active Feature Limit" instead perhaps? Or it could be this issue:

3. Which device and iOS version are you using? To obtain crash logs, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data. Once there, you need to find the crash log pertaining to the app in question which will usually go by the format AppName-Date-Time.ips. Save the file and upload it via DropBox or copy and paste its content.

Thanks for the detailed reply! Here's an update on each point:

1. VIP features / crash logs
I pulled the crash log from Shadow Fight 4 — this happens every time I play SF4 or MCOC: Dropbox link

2. Game Center / progress syncing
I checked the Sideloading & Game Center topic you linked. Since I purchased iOSGods App+, I'd assumed I'd be unaffected, as that topic mentions the new limitations only impact free/normal Apple IDs. I also have Developer Mode enabled and it does show up correctly in Settings.

For Shadow Fight 3 specifically, there doesn't seem to be any social sign-in option available at all.

3. Override issue
I'm not able to override existing installs through App+. I either get an error saying the app already exists, or if I try a custom install, it just creates multiple clones instead of replacing the original.

4. On Developer Mode/enrollment
Enrolling my Apple ID as a developer account is a bit costly for me right now — I could probably manage a VIP subscription instead, but it's on the pricier side for my budget too.

5. VIP feature clarity
One thing that tripped me up early on: in the App+ listing, apps and mod features on the app appear as "free" with no clear indication of which specific features are VIP-gated. It's only once you're in-game and check the mod menu that you see most hack features are actually marked VIP.

A small suggestion, if I may 😅
I really appreciate how much work goes into keeping all of this running and updated. If it's ever feasible down the line, it'd be amazing to see the VIP subscription made a bit more accessible, or to have App+ subscribers get access to at least one VIP feature (or the full set of "free" features unlocked) — even things like damage/defense multipliers are often VIP-gated across a lot of these mods, so having even one baseline feature included would go a long way. Totally understand if that's not something that fits the model, just wanted to put it out there.

1. What happens exactly? When does it crash?

2. On the topic I linked it's mentioned that Game Center support is currently unavailable for iOSGods App+ right now.

3. Override is only possible when an app has the same bundle ID, and is signed with the same team/account. So you cannot override official App Store apps, but you can override apps that were previously installed from iOSGods App provided the conditions are met.

4. Are you after Game Center only?

5. Can you provide examples? I'll look into this & improve.

We would like to add a monthly subscription option for ViP, however, the less widespread ViP apps are, the less chances they get patched/blocked so we need to try & balance this.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown! Here’s my response to each point:

1. The crash/glitch --- what happens exactly
This happens in both MCOC and Shadow Fight 4. During fights, the character models get stuck and start emitting long stretched lines/trails from the character — almost like the “noodling” VFX from Marvel’s Loki series, where everything stretches out and flies away. These lines seem to pull the character model in odd, unnatural directions before it fully breaks.

2. Game Center
Got it, thanks for confirming — noted that it’s currently unavailable for App+.

3. Override conditions
That makes sense, thanks for clarifying how bundle ID/signing matching works.

4. Game Center — SF3 specifically
Yes, Game Center access was really just for Shadow Fight 3. I’d love to eventually be able to play the modded version on my main account if that becomes possible down the line.

5. VIP labeling example
Shadow Fight 3 is a good example — in the App+ listing, it’s marked as Free, and the description (where the hack features are listed) doesn’t mention any VIP-exclusive features. But once you’re actually in-game and open the mod menu, most of the features turn out to be marked VIP.
