Interestingly, yes. It's visual to you for that period of time.

What I mean is, others will not able to see it from their Device.

You can use a Memory Editor like IGG, GameGem Etc. for the process.

Keep in mind, it will only be visual and others won't see the change of numbers/views.

There's a few tweaks on Cydia for Snapchat. Alternatively, like Micky said, you can use iGG or Gamegem to change the values.

Since it works the same way as Instagram, views might be visual. If you want to try, mod the values with iGG/GP, like what they said.
