General Cheaper In-App Purchases possible?

Hi everyone,

while reading the forum rules I'm not sure if this thread is against the rules. So may it'll get removed anyway.

I am playing currently Street Fighter: Duel on iOS but it is also working on Android. Due to a lot of whales in this game I just wanted to ask if there is any current working guide to get cheaper IAPs. Some time ago I've used a VPN + Revolut credit card but it was not working that good. Would be cool if someone has an idea since the prices of the game are just insane.

There are 2 scenario I have in mind

1/ They use cheap inflation currency country to buy, this required lot of legal stuffs involved

2/ They use hacked credit card, they buy from it and resell back to you to launder money. Most games are strict once sold the owner of the credit card cannot refund

not sure about this game specifically but back in the day i knew people that would remotely setup turkish bank accounts and use their currency for extremely cheap IAPs for several games
