[NEW FIX IN PROGRESS] Temporary Issue With iOSGods Authenticator & ViP Access

Hi everyone,

We’re aware of an issue caused by a recent security update to the iOSGods Authenticator (used for iOSGods logins in apps). In some cases, the update is not properly recognizing accounts, which can result in a “No ViP Access” message.

We’re currently investigating the issue and working on a fix. Once an update is ready, we’ll post an update in this topic.

In the meantime, some users have reported that switching to a different network (for example, using mobile data instead or a different Wi-Fi & perhaps a VPN) may temporarily help.

We have pushed a new update that may help resolve this issue. Unfortunately it means the app needs to be re-updated by the author for the new changes to take effect.

Multiple users have reported this issue as resolved. More improvements to come in this regard.

Getting more and more reports of the issue creeping back and we've started investigating again.

I’m not entirely certain, though it seems the Monday improvements might’ve affected this in some way? Was IPS updated that day, or is this some type of cache issue?

We applied a new iGAuth update a few days earlier too, and gradually more and more users are saying they're unable to access. But it's definitely network related as a different network works, and so does using something like 1.1.1.1.

This was what I was saying 3 weeks ago. I’ve been patient & im trying not to be rude. But from a customer perspective 3 weeks to for the game to be essentially pointless was irritating. As I’ve said before I’m big on communication but I appreciate your getting on it.

It was resolved, that doesn't mean all hacks were immediately fixed.
