Is it possible to downgrade 9.1 to 9.0.2 even thought it isn't being signed anymore?

Not possible right now. But TinyUmbrella might make it happen in the future.

Just make sure to save your SHSH Blobs on every iOS Version you're on.

Thats what I keep telling my father, he is insisting that this link -- is legit. I keep telling him if there was a 9.1 update that it would be on a Pangu or Taig website.
